The cost of applications for public services through post and MFC will be up to и5 thousand.
At the end of July, the Russian Post was allowed to act as a “commercial analogue of the MFC”, taking a fee for receiving applications at the State Services. According to the new draft government decree, the fee for such services will be up to 5 thousand rubles
The fee for receiving applications for public services and delivery of ready-made documents through the “Mail of Russia” and multifunctional centers (MFC) will be up to 5 thousand rubles. This follows from the draft government decree, which was familiarized with RBC.
The document approves the rules for the use of funds that the federal postal service and the MFC will receive for two paid services:
receiving applications from applicants for state and municipal services and their delivery to addressees; delivery and delivery of ready-made documents - the results of these services - to the applicant or to the post office chosen by him.
The cost of one such service, according to the project, should not exceed 5 thousand rubles. The funds received are proposed to be used for the remuneration of postal and MFC employees, the purchase of necessary goods and services, as well as for other expenses of organizations.
The decree is due to enter into force on March 1, 2027.
The draft was prepared in pursuance of the law of July 26, 2026, which amended the law “On Postal Communications” and related acts. This law allowed the organizations of the Federal postal service to provide for a fee services for receiving applications on the "State Services" and delivery of results. The law provides that such services are provided at the choice of the applicant, and their procedure and fee is determined by the government.
This law is part of the reform of the “Mail of Russia”: the company received the right to act as a “commercial analogue of the MFC” and accept applications on “State Services” for a fee.
