The cost of travel on DSD during peak hours will be indexed from October 16
From October 16, 2026, travel on the Moscow Speed Diameter (MSD) in critically busy hours on weekdays will be indexed by 6 rubles.

From October 16, 2026, travel on the Moscow High-speed Diameter (MSD) in critically busy hours on weekdays will be indexed by 6 rubles, up to 25 rubles per site. The tariff change is associated with an increase in the load on the highway. This was told in the channel of the capital Department of transport in the messenger “Max”.
The new tariff will still be valid only in the morning and evening - from 7:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 on working days. Outside these periods, as well as on weekends and holidays, travel will remain free of charge. The cost of transit travel will not change and will be 950 rubles.
The Moscow deptrans also said that in September, the flow to the DMS increased by 20 thousand cars per day - by 5% compared to the same month last year. The department explained that the change in the tariff should help keep the load of the highway at the level of 6 points and prevent further increase in traffic intensity.
This year, the Moscow high-speed diameter was connected with the South Lytkarin highway. This allowed motorists to use alternative routes and redistributed traffic flows, but at the same time created an additional burden on the DMS, explained in the deptrans.
The rules of payment for travel under the DSA do not change. The fee for a specific site is charged only if the car and drove on it, and left at paid time. Thus, the trip will remain free if the driver enters the site at 6:55 and leaves it at 7:30. The same rule applies when entering at 10:55 and leaving at 11:30.
The cost of all travel per day is summed up. After that, a single payment for trips on the highway for the relevant day is issued within five days. The department recommends paying for travel only through official resources: the DSD website, the application “Parking of Russia”, “Public Services”, “Yandex Cards”, “Navigator” and “2GIS”, as well as applications of banks, which indicate data about the car.
For a number of categories of transport, DSA travel will remain free at any time. These include operational and postal vehicles, utility equipment, urban transport, school buses, and taxis licensed in Moscow or the Moscow Region.
