On board were Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrei Fedyaev, NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway, as well as European Space Agency astronaut Sophie Adeno.

In early October, a replacement crew of the Crew-13 mission arrived at the ISS. The ship docked to the station on October 2 at 2:05 GMT, the flight took seven hours 55 minutes.
The crew included Roscosmos cosmonaut Sergey Teteryatnikov, NASA astronauts Jessica Watkins and Luke Delaney and a representative of the Canadian Space Agency Joshua Kutrick.
