The Russian government has included payments for housing lost or damaged in emergencies (emergencies) and terrorist attacks in the recommended list of public services that can be provided on a one-stop-shop basis in multifunctional centers (MFCs). The relevant document is published on the portal of legal acts.
We are talking about two types of assistance. Citizens who lost their homes in emergencies, terrorist attacks or their suppression are provided with a payment "for the purchase or construction of residential premises". The second one can be obtained for major repairs of damaged housing owned by citizens.
"The decision to supplement the recommended list of public services that can be provided in the MFC on the principle of"one window"is designed to simplify the procedure for receiving payments by citizens whose housing has been lost or damaged in emergency situations, as well as to reduce the time for considering such applications," the press service of the Ministry of Construction told TASS. Payments can be made in electronic form at Gosuslugi, the department said. They explained that the list of public services is advisory in nature.
In March, the Ministry of Construction proposed to increase compensation for housing lost during shelling in new regions to 70 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m. Earlier, the State Duma proposed to actively use voluntary insurance to compensate for damage after an emergency. About rub 8.5 billion is allocated annually from the federal budget to compensate for damaged and lost housing.
