The man poured mounting foam four mouthpieces, because he wanted to protect his wife from panic attacks because of the sound of sirens, the press service of the courts of the Krasnodar Territory reported.
“In court, Goldman acknowledged the fact of the event, explaining his action by the fact that he wanted to protect his wife from panic attacks caused by howling sirens,” the statement said.
In the materials of the court said that in June 2026, the man poured foam warning system, the frozen foam clogged the pipes and disabled the sound emitters. The damage to the city budget was estimated at 67.4 thousand rubles.
The court found the man guilty of intentional destruction or damage to someone else's property. The sentence has not yet entered into force.
