Ex-co-owner of “Tape” and “Riv Gosh” detained in Moscow

In the case of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code), Dmitry Kostygin was sent into custody, follows from the case file. As specifies “Fontanka”, we are talking about the former co-owner of the network of hypermarkets “Lenta” and the network “Riv Gosh”.

On October 8, the Tagansky District Court considered a petition to elect Kostygin a preventive measure in the form of detention, but refused to satisfy him. The decision will come into force on October 13.
