As reported by Rosaviatsiya at 17:34 Moscow time, restrictions were lifted in Sheremetyevo, and three other airports went into the mode of receiving and sending flights “in coordination with the relevant authorities.”.
According to the online scoreboard of airports, from 14:00 GMT to 00:00 GMT in Sheremetyevo detained about 104 flights and canceled 47. In Vnukovo during this time delayed 80 flights, and canceled 24. In Domodedovo 32 flights were delayed due to restrictions and four canceled. In Zhukovsky, 12 were detained and 2 canceled.
In connection with the introduction of temporary restrictions, three airlines – Aeroflot, Russia and Pobeda – announced the adjustment of the flight schedule. In addition, Aeroflot and Russia postponed the departure time and canceled some flights. Some planes were sent to reserve airfields, from where they will fly after the lifting of restrictions.
