Fire engulfed 900 square meters of school in Altai

In the village of Shilovo, Kalman district of the Altai Territory, a fire occurred in the building of a general education school. The fire area reached about 900 square meters. m, reported in the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

On the evening of September 17, the roof of a house on Vasilievsky Island near the Higher School of Journalism and Mass Communications of SPbU caught fire in St. Petersburg. The fire spread over an area of 500 square meters. 144 people and 47 units of equipment were involved in extinguishing. According to the MES, there were no casualties. The fire was completely eliminated by 05:17 MSK on September 18.

Because of the fire, the university canceled classes for students of all forms of education. During the extinguishment, firefighters climbed into the building through the faculty, causing its ground floor to flood with water.
