The network of stores of household appliances and electronics “M.Video” restored the work of the site and mobile application after the failure, told RBC in the company.

“So far, individual services may be slightly slower than usual. We continue to work and will address the remaining slowdowns in the near future, the statement said.

The company also thanked the IT team for restoring services and customers for their patience and support, noting that disruptions could disrupt their plans.

About technical difficulties "M. Video" reported on October 11. The company explained them as an accident at a cloud provider and warned of possible difficulties with shopping, delivery and obtaining information about orders.

Other Russian online services were also affected. Car sharing services "Delimobil" and "CityDrive" reported technical difficulties with user registration.
