Tajik citizens awarded in Sterlitamak for saving people from fire

In Sterlitamak (Republic of Bashkortostan), Tajik citizens Hisravshokh Malikov and Zohirshokh Hasanov were presented with letters of gratitude for their heroism. This was reported by the representative office of the Ministry of Labor of the RT in Russia.

Tajik citizens helped rescue two people during a fire at the Solnechny shopping center in September. Malikov and Khasanov went shopping after a working day, heard cries for help in the shopping center. Then they installed a ladder on the truck, one of them rose two meters and through the window penetrated to the third floor of the center. Thanks to operational actions, Malikov and Khasanov managed to save two people before the arrival of firefighters.

The fire in the shopping center "Sunny" occurred on September 22. The flames covered 2.1 thousand square meters. meters. As a result of the tragedy, four people were killed, seven were injured. The owner of the shopping center was arrested.
