Since the summer of 2026, within the framework of the urban philosophy of healthy longevity, the Moscow Chekap has been operating in the capital - a new health care program. More than 900,000 citizens have completed its first online phase to date, with almost a third of them (260,000) young people under the age of 35. This was told by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
“The most common risk factors for them were lack of physical activity and unbalanced nutrition,” the vice mayor said. Each participant was assigned a personal set of surveys from the expanded Moscow package.
Rakova noted that the Moscow Chekap was created taking into account all the achievements of modern technologies, so that everyone could undergo a full examination and assess their health at minimal cost.
The first stage of the checkup is remote: the user fills out a questionnaire in the mobile application "EMIAS.INFO" about health and lifestyle, and if necessary, additional questionnaires. At this stage, you can also enter test results and body composition data from smart scales or bioimpedansometry devices in accessible urban points.
After filling out the questionnaire, the system compares the data with an electronic medical card, taking into account previously completed studies and risk factors, and on this basis automatically forms a personal list of necessary tests and examinations. You can sign up for research online in the application "EMIAS.INFO", and go to the city clinic.
According to the results of the “Moscow check-up”, each participant receives personal recommendations, and if deviations are detected, a referral for additional consultation and in-depth diagnosis. The program is available to all adult Muscovites attached to the metropolitan clinics.
Earlier, Deputy Mayor Rakova said that the Moscow Chekap helped attract more than 300 thousand citizens to health prevention who have not been examined in the past two years or did not apply to city clinics at all.
