Blogger Oksana Samoilova seeks a temporary restriction in the parental rights of her ex-husband, rapper Dzhigan (real name Denis Ustimenko-Weinstein), for a period of six months, this was reported by the lawyer of the rapper Sergey Zhorin. The first hearing on Samoilova’s lawsuit against her ex-husband was held on October 26 in Moscow
According to Zhorin, Samoilova did not come to the meeting on October 26. The next preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 18.
“There are no grounds for restricting Denis' parental rights. No evidence to support the need for such a restriction was presented by the plaintiff, he said.
According to him, with regard to determining the place of residence of children and the procedure for their upbringing, the relevant agreements were reached between the spouses even after the dissolution of the marriage, the human rights activist added.
“Denis complied with these agreements, and there was no actual dispute between the parents on these issues,” Zhorin concluded, adding that the case affects the interests of minor children, so the defense will not disclose the circumstances of their private life.
The lawsuit was filed in the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow on September 24, the court registered it in early October, and the first hearing on it was held on October 26 in closed mode.
Samoilova's lawyer Marina Dubrovsky told TASS that "the children are currently living with their mother.".

RBC appealed for comment to Marina Dubrovsky.
