In the Moscow region launched the service of veterinary television. Pet owners will now be able to get online veterinary advice from government clinics.

This format saves owners from unnecessary trips, and most importantly, the animal does not experience stress from the road and unfamiliar environment. With the help of the new service, you can choose a convenient date and time for a video call, without adjusting to a visit to a doctor all your day, the press service of the Ministry of State Administration noted.

You can register for an online reception through the portal “My APC”. After choosing the date and time, the online payment form will open. A link to connect to the video conference will be available in the user’s personal account. The duration of one consultation will not exceed 20 minutes.

Eight specialists are now available. Among the services - the opportunity to find a suitable clinic and make an appointment for a face-to-face appointment, find out the schedule of vaccination points, as well as get information about the rules of chipping and registration of pets. The list of services is planned to be expanded.
