Society in Russia should not be divided into intellectual elite and those who do not belong to it. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with teachers-laureates of all-Russian professional competitions.

We cannot create a situation in which we will have an intellectual elite who have been taught to think, people who, in their intellectual development, go to some second or third plane. Under no circumstances should such a situation be allowed, Putin said.

During the meeting, the Russian president also supported the idea of creating a neural network in the field of education. At the same time, Vladimir Putin noted that the introduction of artificial intelligence into the education system should not adversely affect the quality of education. He urged teachers to cultivate in children an interest in obtaining knowledge, self-development and independent work.
