According to him, the postponement of insurance premiums for enterprises of industry, construction, agriculture and other key industries should be extended until the end of the year. Businesses need to be able to repay this amount in equal shares within 12 months, he added.
The city governor also proposed to give Crimea and Sevastopol long-term budget loans for five years at 3% per annum. “This will make it possible to solve problems faster and use expensive commercial loans less,” Razvozhaev said.
Earlier, the governor of Sevastopol proposed to launch a preferential “Crimean mortgage” on the peninsula at a rate of 6%. According to him, this will allow people to buy housing, and construction companies to keep their jobs and prevent the industry from stopping.
In 2026, the government of Sevastopol, according to local authorities, allocated more than 584 million rubles to support 700 organizations and entrepreneurs of the travel industry. Also, the city reduced the rates on USN to 1% and 5%, reduced rent for urban land and property, reduced the fee for non-stationary retail facilities.
