This was announced by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.
The next stage is the introduction of mandatory testing in the KIS system "ART" ("Analysis of taxi work. - "Kommersant"). Its passage will confirm that each employee knows traffic rules well and understands responsibility to pedestrians, Liksutov said.
Testing will test knowledge of speed mode, cycling rules and means of individual mobility, rules of crossing pedestrian crossings and other requirements of safe driving. In addition, the testing includes questions about the appearance of the courier, delivery rules and service ethics. At least 80% of the questions must be answered correctly. The result is immediately displayed in the personal office of the courier and will be valid for one year, said Maxim Liksutov.
