98.5% of the housing stock of Kostroma connected to heating

The heating season in Kostroma is coming to the finish line.

By the evening of Monday, October 12, 1947 apartment buildings (98.5%) were connected to heat supply. The utilities department manages to connect consumers faster than planned terms.

However, 28 homes remain without heat. If the batteries in your apartment remain cold or warm up unevenly, city authorities recommend not waiting for the overall completion of work.

Residents need to apply to their management company for regulatory measures on the indoor heating system.
