Prime Minister of Belarus Alexander Turchin held a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the High Technologies Park. The agenda included the registration of new HTP residents and the approval of business projects, the introduction of a new type of activity with the use of additive technologies and the development of the crypto sphere, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

Cryptosphere
The improvement of the development of digital signs (tokens) was discussed. This financial and technological sector is developing very dynamically, said Dmitry Kalechits, First Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the HTP Supervisory Board. His words are quoted by Belt.
- All key indicators of development – revenue, exports, cash turnover, and taxes paid by crypto-residents – have more than doubled compared to the first half of last year, Kalechits said.
According to him, the list of audit companies that had the opportunity to interact with applicants and crypto residents is expanding from two to seven companies.
The tasks that should be in the reports submitted each year by crypto-residents to the Secretariat of the HTP Supervisory Board are also specified. In addition, requirements for covering issues on the compliance of a number of business processes with the requirements of legislation and acts of the Supervisory Board have been introduced.
Another topic is improving the work of crypto-residents to counter illegal operations and cyber fraud. After the adoption of legislative changes, it is planned that crypto-residents of the HTP will be able to interact with the automated incident handling system of the National Bank (ASOI). Approaches to the organization of this process and how crypto-residents should respond to information coming from this system are considered.
HTP decree
According to Anna Ryabova, Head of the Secretariat of the Supervisory Board of the High Technologies Park, institutional requirements have to be adapted in conditions of fierce competition on the world market.
- We are already approaching the adoption of the HTP decree. Now it is being tested among government agencies, so soon we will offer the public innovations in our institution, Ryabova explained.
New residents
It was proposed to register more than 30 new residents.
- Of the companies that come to us, only a small proportion of them work as custom-made, the rest as a product or mixed model. This makes us very happy, said A. Ryabova.
Speaking about the support of the startup system, she told about the large forum Space Day, which on September 15 gathered almost 2,000 initiative young participants in the capital:
- A lot of business companies were represented. The forum found excellent support. We have awarded grants to those selected by the Secretariat on behalf of the Supervisory Board. The most positive response has been received.
Additive technologies
A. Ryabova noted that the Supervisory Board has the right to introduce new types of activities. They are then enshrined in regulations. Today we are talking about additive technologies.
- We really see the prospects in them. This is not just a production cycle. This is the same software-hardware-complex activity that is evolutionary in relation to many of our areas. Therefore, we propose it, without delaying, to include and then fix it normatively, said the head of the Secretariat of the HTP Supervisory Board.
She said that such an enterprise has already been created together with Rosatom. There is a team of IT specialists - more than 20 people. They're in contact with universities. A. Ryabova explained the importance of interaction with the education system:
- So that our engineers start thinking a little differently, understanding what equipment and technologies can solve new problems.
