Agrarians of the Ivanovo region collected 134 thousand tons of grain

In the Ivanovo region, the harvesting campaign is coming to an end.

According to the first decade of October, grain and leguminous crops were threshed on 95% of the area (54.4 thousand hectares).

The total gross yield in bunker weight was 134 thousand tons with an average yield of 25.1 centners per hectare.

The regional department of agriculture noted that, despite difficult weather conditions, the region expects a decent result. The leaders in gathering were:

Gavrilovo-Posad district: 43.8 thousand tons (30.3 c / ha);

Rodnikovsky district: 20.2 thousand tons (22.6 c / ha);

Shuysky district: 14.5 thousand tons (22 c / ha);

Kineshem district: 11 thousand tons (record yield - 41.5 c / ha).

Now farmers switched to harvesting corn and oilseeds. With an area of more than 3.2 thousand hectares (of which almost 3 thousand – rapeseed) has already collected 5.8 thousand tons of seeds.

At the same time, in Ivanovo at the Harvest Day fair, residents purchased 30 tons of potatoes.
