The ceremony was held in the People’s House with the participation of the deputy head of the migration department of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Together with the document, they receive new rights and responsibilities, so they need to be worthy of Russian citizenship.

Earlier, "MK in Kaluga" wrote that restrictions were lifted at the Kaluga airport.
