Alexey Russky congratulated teachers of the Ulyanovsk region on their professional holiday

On Teacher’s Day, the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Alexei Russian appealed to the teachers of the region with congratulations.

In his address, the Russians emphasized the role of teachers not only in the transfer of knowledge, but also in the education of children. According to him, this work requires professional skill, wisdom and great personal dedication.

“The teacher is more than a profession. This is a high calling, the governor said in his congratulations.

Special attention is paid to the working conditions of teachers. This year, the program of modernization of educational organizations under the national project “Youth and Children” included 41 schools. The works also affect seven buildings belonging to five institutions of secondary vocational education.

It’s not just about repairing buildings. Educational institutions receive new educational and technological equipment.

The Russians also reminded about the mechanisms of support for teachers in the region. Since 2020, measures are being implemented in the Ulyanovsk region under the regional law “On the Status of a Teacher” and the federal project “Zemsky Teacher”. Since 2023, the Institute of Legal Education Advisor has been operating, one of the tasks of which is to protect the rights of education workers.
