Anatoly Andrianov from Protvino won the All-Russian competition of mentors
The head of the military-patriotic club "Armeets" Anatoly Andrianov from Protvino (city district of Serpukhov) became the winner of the All-Russian competition of mentors "To be, not to appear" in the nomination "Mentor in the service"

In 2026, more than 80 thousand applications were received, 400 mentors from 67 regions passed the final stage, and 106 people were recognized as winners. Andrianov participated in the competition not for the first year: he has already become a finalist three times, and this time he won with the project “Cyber-Polygon Mentor”, gaining the largest number of points.
The project is a career guidance program for schoolchildren of grades 9-11, aimed at pre-conscription training and informed choice of professions of law enforcement agencies. On the basis of one of the popular multiplayer role-playing platforms, a closed local server with professional mentors will be created, where schoolchildren in a game format will get acquainted with the basics of military and civil service. The most active participants will be able to consolidate knowledge and skills at the training camps in one of the training centers.
Anatoly Andrianov is a course officer of the Metropolitan Police College. The military-patriotic club “Armeets”, which he leads, was created on his initiative and this year celebrated its 11th anniversary.
The contest “To be, not to appear” is held on behalf of the President of Russia and helps to regain the prestige of the mentoring profession, uniting the best practices of patriotic education throughout the country.
For Andrianov, this is the fourth final: in previous years, he reached the decisive stage three times, and in 2026 he won.
