Denis Livanovich, acting head of the traffic police department of the Minsk City Executive Committee: The car, regardless of whether it is rented or personal, is a source of increased danger, as a result of which drivers need to exercise maximum caution when participating in road traffic, as well as strictly comply with traffic rules.
