Astrakhan region plans to receive 202 million rubles from privatization: what will get rid of

In the Astrakhan region approved a plan for the privatization of regional property for 2027-2029. The list includes 16 objects, and the expected revenues to the regional budget will be at least 202.04 million rubles.

The entire amount is planned to be received in 2027. For 2028 and 2029, proceeds from the sale of the property included in the program are not provided.

The main part of the list consists of ten gas supply facilities. They plan to privatize due to the fact that the issues of gas supply do not belong to the powers of the subject of the Russian Federation. We are talking about distribution networks and gas pipelines in the Akhtuba, Enotayev, Ikryaninsky, Limansky, Narimanovsky, Volga and Kharabalinsky districts.

Six more facilities were included in the program, since they are not used to ensure the powers of the Astrakhan region. Five of them relate to real estate, one to movable property.

In the Kamyzyak district, they plan to privatize a summer house at the recreation center “Green Coast”. In Astrakhan, the list includes two garages on N. Kachuevskaya Street and a non-residential room on Lenin Street.

In the village of Veselaya Griva of the Volga district, the program includes the building of the former school on Sadovaya Street and a sports ground. The latter refers to movable property and does not have a cadastral number.

Funds from the sale of objects will be transferred to the budget of the Astrakhan region. Among the tasks of privatization are also the involvement of unused property in civil circulation, reducing the cost of its maintenance and reducing the public sector of the economy.
