Bastrykin instructed to retrain the actions of a man who attacked a child in Krasnoyarsk

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia, a criminal case of assault on a child is being investigated. Initially, the case was initiated under the article on hooliganism with the use of violence against minors (p. "a" part 1 of article 213 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation).

According to the investigation, the incident occurred the day before at the entrance of the house in the solar district in Krasnoyarsk. The man, who was in a state of alcoholic intoxication, without any reason attacked the 9-year-old girl: he grabbed her by the hood of the jacket and squeezed her neck.

The suspect has been identified and detained. The investigation plans to apply to the court with a petition for the detention of the man in custody.

Taking into account the circumstances of the crime and the wide public outcry, the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia to review the qualification of the act - to reclassify the actions of the attacker for attempted murder. Bastrykin also demanded to report on the progress of the investigation and all the details of the case.
