Violations were identified during the inspection of the safety of water transport operation
During the inspection, the transport prosecutor’s office established that the base for small vessels in the Liskinsky district of the Voronezh region was operated without the necessary documents. Violations were identified in August during the inspection of the safety of water transport. As a result of the inspection, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with a request to the organizer of the parking to eliminate the violation.
The court fully satisfied the requirements. Currently, the responsible person has already begun to formalize a water use contract. However, the court decision has not yet entered into force.
Earlier it was reported that the head of the Voronezh center of state zhilnadzor was fined for late response to the appeal – the subordinate institution gave a response only on the 52nd day after registration.
