Belarus celebrates World Standardization Day: course on robots and artificial intelligence
Belarus is implementing more than 20 standards in the field of artificial intelligence, developed jointly with Russian colleagues.

Standardization Day is celebrated around the world on October 14. The sphere in our country is keeping pace with the times. Specialists rely on high technology. Belarus will develop 22 standards for robotics and five for artificial intelligence.
These measures are aimed at supporting the development of industry and the development of new industries. The government has set specific tasks for technical requirements. Particular attention is paid to working with neural networks. Today, more than 20 standards are being implemented in our country, they have been developed with colleagues from Russia. It remains to define the terminology, rules of application and system management in use. The next step will be its active implementation in enterprises.
Belarus to approve state standardization plan for 2027

Today, together with the industry block, we have already developed three new modern standards based on international practice. And these standards will allow our industry to determine what needs to be implemented, how to apply them, and what requirements to use in the relevant types of testing to ensure that these robots are safe.”.
Minsk and Moscow are actively working together in the sphere. At the program level, 261 common standards are planned to be developed.
