Belarus introduces two new real estate practices in CIS
Belarus presented the best practices of the countries participating in the Interstate Council on Geodesy, Cartography, Cadastre and Remote Information.

Belarus presented two new practices in the collection of best practices of the countries participating in the Interstate Council on Geodesy, Cartography, Cadastre and Remote Sensing of the Earth of the CIS member states: certification of transactions by several registrars and a price register. This was reported by sb.by in the National Cadastre Agency (NCA).

The NCA said:
- Certification of transactions by several registrars makes it possible to simplify the procedure for participants in the transaction by reducing time and financial costs due to the possibility of presence in different offices of organizations for state registration of real estate. It guarantees transparency and legal security of participants of civil turnover. In turn, the price register is a public tool to increase the transparency of the real estate market by providing government agencies, businesses and citizens with reliable data on purchase and sale transactions.
The new practices presented by Belarus demonstrate a high level of customer orientation and transparency in the field of real estate and valuation in our country. On the public cadastral map of Belarus updated geodata on the boundaries of the border zone and strip
