Belavia for a year of flights on the route Minsk – Sanya transported more than 60 thousand passengers to Hainan Island

Since the opening of the first long-haul flight Minsk – Sanya – Minsk, Belavia has transported more than 60,000 passengers to Hainan Island in China. This sb.by reported in the press service of the carrier.

The press service recalled:

On October 8, 2025, the Airbus A330-200 departed from Minsk to Sanya, on Hainan Island in China. It was the first regular long-haul flight in the airline’s history. Since then, we have managed to perform 236 flights, carry more than 60.3 thousand passengers, deliver 727 tons of cargo and mail.

The airline also estimated that during the year of flights from Minsk to Sanya and back, Belavia aircraft covered a total of about 1.87 million kilometers.
