BELAZ opened in Kuzbass the first training center in Russia for the training of dealer service network specialists

OJSC BELAZ has opened the first training center in the Russian Federation in Kuzbass, where specialists of the dealer network for maintenance and repair of quarry equipment will be trained. This sb.bu reported in the press service of the company.

- The training center combines three components that allow you to go through a full educational cycle from theory to practice: a training class for 27 people with a virtual reality zone, a diagnostic and repair center for engines with a fault simulation stand and a production site for working on real engines.

- The acquisition of these competencies and their regular development occur solely through the implementation of training programs and mentorship. This makes it possible to train specialists in the conditions of real operation of equipment, as well as to provide uniform standards of service quality for all enterprises of the dealer network in Russia and Uzbekistan.

OJSC “BELAZ” is the management company of the holding “BELAZ-HOLDING” specializes in the development, production and sale of dump trucks of large and especially large load capacity, special and specialized vehicles, as well as other heavy transport equipment used in mining, construction, metallurgical and other industries. The holding consists of eight enterprises. The company owns 30% of the world market of especially large dump trucks.
