Online consultations of MFC staff became available to Belgorod residents

Residents of the Belgorod region will be able to receive online consultations of MFC employees via video link. The service "Tele-MFC" became available thanks to the national project "Data Economy".

The specialist will answer all the questions, explain how the service is provided, and help make a list of the necessary documents. To use the consultation, you need to leave a request, wait for the call and connect to the video consultation on a personal link in time.

More than 57 percent of all applications for socially significant services were submitted remotely.
