Belgorod authorities received more than 2 thousand complaints in social networks in a week

The Governor of the Belgorod region Alexander Shuvaev said that during the week from citizens received 2 145 appeals in social networks. Each of them was discussed in detail at a meeting with the government of the region.

Most of the questions came from Belgorod, Gubkin and Staro-Oskol districts. The head of the region noted that complaints about heating have increased significantly, which is expected at the stage of heat start-up.

Alexander Shuvaev instructed to work out each appeal targeted as soon as possible. He stressed that apartment buildings and social facilities should receive heat, and people should receive concrete assistance.

We will remind, Belgorod residents were warned that heating in homes will not appear immediately.
