In Moscow, within the framework of the business program of the XVI All-Russian Congress of the National Association of Surveyors and Designers, a solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the XI International Professional Competition NOPRIZ for the best project was held. Among the winners are representatives of Belarus: two organizations won first places, another participant from Mogilev received a diploma.

This year, 133 applications were submitted from 70 companies. The geography covered eight federal districts of Russia, as well as the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan. The competition was revived after a two-year break on behalf of the President of NOPRIZ Anvar Shamuzafarov – architect and statesman, Honorary Architect of Russia and Honored Builder of Russia. This year, a consolidated decision was made to accept only implemented objects for the competition, as well as to evaluate in depth each section of the project with the participation of an expert jury.
The main success of the Belarusian school of design is in the nomination “The best project of public buildings and structures”. I degree diploma was awarded to two projects from Belarus. The first is “Construction of the Museum of Glory of Mogilev in the area of the memorial complex “Buynichskoye Field” in Mogilev”, presented by OJSC “Institute Mogilevgrazhdanproekt”. The second is the Experimental Multifunctional Complex "North Coast". Stage 1 of construction. Minsk International Exhibition Center presented by Erker Group LLC.

In addition, in the nomination “Best project of civilian facilities”, the participant’s diploma was awarded to the project “Visualization and design of a modern medium-storey residential building, presented by Artyukhevych Vladislav Anatolyevich”.
Winning the NOPRIZ competition is not only prestige, but also a practical bonus for specialists. According to the Vice-President of NOPRIZ Alexei Vorontsov, the authors of the winning projects included in the National Register of Specialists in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design, receive additional points in the theoretical part of the professional examination when passing an independent qualification assessment: 10 points for the diploma of I degree, 7 for II, 5 for III.
The success of Belarusian designers at the international level confirms the high level of the national design school and opens up new opportunities for cooperation with Russian and foreign partners.
The international professional competition NOPRIZ for the best project has more than a decade of history. It was first organized in 2013 under the name “Competition for the best implemented project”, and since 2015 it has been held by the National Association of Surveyors and Designers (NOPRIZ), an all-Russian professional organization uniting specialists in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design. During this time, the competition has acquired a truly international scale: the geography of the presented projects covered not only the whole of Russia, but also many foreign countries, including Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Indonesia, Italy, China, Pakistan, Serbia, Transnistria and others. Projects for the competition are represented by professional design and survey organizations and author teams, as well as students and postgraduates of specialized universities, which allows them to declare themselves on a par with experienced masters and enter the professional community.
