Sixteen joint projects were implemented from 2019 to 2025 by the Belarusian State Technological University and the Belneftekhim concern, Deputy Chairman of the Concern Andrei Boyarin said on October 13 at the plenary session of the IX International Scientific and Technical Forum on Chemical Technologies and Oil and Gas Refining "Neftegasochemistry-2026" in Minsk. This sb.by reported in the press service of BSTU.

Andrey Boyarin gave examples of fruitful cooperation:
- Thanks to the support of the concern, the Ministry of Education and BSTU, a scientific and industry laboratory was opened at our base. In addition, with state support and our direct participation, 16 joint projects with the university were allocated and implemented between 2019 and 2025.
In turn, the rector of BSTU Sergey Kasperovich in his welcoming speech to the forum participants stressed that this event is important for the university, because more than half of the university’s specialties are related to the petrochemical sector of the economy.
“The forum unites science and production: the latest developments are demonstrated here, partnership with Belneftekhim enterprises is strengthened, and young researchers declare themselves,” he said. Students see the real challenges of the industry, universities synchronize training programs to meet its requirements – so ideas find their way into production, and graduates enter the market ready to work. It is a working mechanism of cooperation between science and industry.
The plenary session of the international scientific and technical forum "Neftegasochemistry-2026" was held at the Belarusian State Technological University. The event was held within the framework of the Belarusian Industrial Forum, which will work on the squares of the Football Arena in Minsk from 14 to 16 October. The program of the meeting presented reports reflecting the promising directions of the industry development. International scientific and technical forum "Neftegasochemistry-2026" begins in Minsk
