Improvement of the embankment in Krasnoufimsk will be completed in October

In Krasnoufimsk, large-scale improvement of the embankment of the Ufa River in the framework of the Red Yar project continues. The works are financed from the federal and regional budgets – the city received 220 million rubles after winning the All-Russian competition of the best projects to create a comfortable urban environment.

According to the head of Krasnoufimsk, Yuri Ladeishchikov, the main construction works reach the finish line.

“Now the builders are completing the granite tiles, work is underway to arrange the fence, and have begun the installation of small architectural forms. The delivery of the modular stage and pier has been completed, he said.

Ahead is the improvement of children's and sports grounds, as well as large-scale landscaping of the territory: 568 trees and shrubs will be planted, flower beds with more than 4,000 perennial plants will be laid.

The concept of the project was formed together with the citizens.

“The residents themselves were involved in the development of the concept – more than 13 thousand people voted for the improvement of this territory,” said Yuri Ladeishchikov.

Earlier, the head of the city said that the updated embankment will be a logical continuation of the already landscaped upper part and will link the historical center into a single tourist route. Complete all work is planned in October 2026.

Earlier, MK-Ural wrote that almost 10 thousand people voted for improvement projects in Krasnoufimsk within the framework of the program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”. The first stage of the transformation of the historical part of Krasnoufimsk along Kuibyshev Street from Proletarskaya to International is the leader in the vote. 5,414 people voted for it.
