The improvement of the park at the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity in Vladimir will end in 2027 n

The progress of the work was checked by Vice-Governor Alexander Muromsky, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Olga Khokhlova, deputies and members of the Public Chamber.

The project started in 2025. Here they build waterways, strengthen the shores, clean and deepen ponds, remove silt from the bottom and expand the water surface. For pedestrians, sidewalks, paths and tiles are made. Free plots will be greened: they will plant trees and shrubs, break lawns and flower beds, improve the spring. There will also be lighting, video surveillance and small architectural forms.

Before the work began, specialists transplanted rare plants from the Red Book of the Vladimir region and restored aquatic bioresources. Water from the upper pond was lowered, now bottom sediments and unusable soil are taken out. Pipes have already been laid, a pond bowl has been formed, shelves have been cut and slopes have been planned. The territory was cleared of emergency trees and overgrown, cameras were installed. There is a clogging of pebbles and the construction of a dam.

This year, the strengthening of the shore of the upper pond will be completed, a central square and an alley of Pioneers with lighting and small forms will be created, a transition to the dam between the ponds will be arranged. They will also build a central staircase from Mira Street with a shower. All work is scheduled to be completed in November 2027.
