More than 1.5 thousand complaints per day were received on Internet failures in Novosibirsk
A wave of Internet failures continues in the Novosibirsk region, affecting socially important services and popular digital platforms
The leader in the number of incidents was the popular drug ordering service "Pharmacy.Ru" - it accounts for 14% of current reports of problems. Another 10% of complaints are related to the work of the unified information system “UIS Procurement”, which temporarily complicated access to public tenders. Financial and professional tools from Yandex close the list of problem areas: the payment system Yandex Pay scored 6% of complaints, and the application for drivers and couriers Yandex Pro – 4%.
According to daily statistics, 44% of users reported a general failure in the work of platforms. 33% of respondents complained about problems with the availability of specific websites. Delays in internal services and malfunctions in mobile applications divided the rest of the statistics, gaining 11% of mentions, respectively.
Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that interruptions in Yandex services coincided with an increase in taxi prices.
