More than 1,500 children have undergone rehabilitation in the Kirov center “Aybolit”
Most of the children, namely 1,233 people, received rehabilitation treatment in the form of a day hospital, while another 269 children received all the necessary therapeutic care on an outpatient basis
Since the beginning of 2026, more than one and a half thousand young patients have completed a course of medical rehabilitation in the Kirov children's center "Aibolit".
The medical institution operates in the structure of the Children's Diagnostic Center. Referral to recovery procedures young patients receive from district pediatricians and specialized specialists.
The center sends children with respiratory pathologies, orthopedic and neurological problems, as well as newborns born with a deficit of body weight.
Medical care is complex: the recovery plan is formed individually for the needs of each child.
The program may include physiotherapy, therapeutic massage sessions, physical therapy classes, a visit to the salt room, as well as water treatments in the pool with mineral water.
A multidisciplinary team of specialists constantly interacts with children, which includes rehabilitation doctors, speech therapists, psychologists and neurologists.
In addition, for the convenience of patients arriving for treatment from the Kirov region and neighboring regions of the country, a comfortable boarding house operates around the clock on the basis of the rehabilitation center.
This allows families from remote areas to freely undergo a full course of recovery procedures.
