More than 130 residential buildings in Minsk put into operation after overhaul since the beginning of the year

For nine months of this year, 134 residential buildings were commissioned in the capital after major repairs. Their total area exceeded 702 thousand square meters. This was reported by sb.by to the Minsk Urban Housing.

The association recalled that this year in Minsk is planned to overhaul 188 residential buildings with a total area of 1 million 82 thousand square meters. That's about 3 percent of the city's exploited housing stock.

As Ekaterina Kazak, Deputy Chief Engineer and Head of the Department of Capital Repair of the Housing Fund of Minsk City Housing, noted, capital repairs are carried out exclusively by state-owned organizations.
