More than 150 young specialists took part in the seminar “Legal start” in the Soviet district

A legal seminar for young specialists who started working in institutions and organizations of the Soviet district was held on October 7, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
The forum was attended by more than 150 young specialists - employees of the Belarusian State Technical University, the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics, the Belarusian State Philharmonic and other institutions.
- In the Soviet region are the leading universities of the country, advanced colleges, — said the head of administration Alexander Shchekovich. At the same time, representatives of the older generation live in the area. This combination creates a unique symbiosis and distinguishes the Soviet from other areas of the capital.
He noted that in the first workplace, young specialists encountered colleagues of different ages. I called on yesterday’s graduates to clarify incomprehensible details, constantly improve their skills and move forward.
In turn, the chairman of the Minsk City Association of Trade Unions Sergey Shkrudnev told young specialists about their rights and guarantees, as well as about the activities of the trade union organization. The head of the housing policy department of the Soviet administration, Elena Savinskaya, acquainted young men and women with the conditions of queuing for those in need of improved housing conditions. We touched upon the meeting and the passage of military service. The report was made by the head of the conscription department of the Military Commissariat of the Soviet District Alexander Bublik.
The seminar also discussed the advantages of a collective agreement, the provision of loans for young professionals, rental housing, alternative service.
