More than 31 thousand residents of Kalmykia chose the method of obtaining social services

By October 2026, more than 31 thousand federal beneficiaries in Kalmykia decided on how to receive a set of social services from January 1, 2027. A total of 31,560 people made the choice. The natural form was chosen by 11,524 beneficiaries, monetary compensation - 23,407. Applications were accepted until October 1 of this year.

The monetary equivalent of the NSO is 1,825.25 rubles per month. Of this amount, 1,405.85 rubles account for medicines, medical devices and medical nutrition for children with disabilities, 217.48 rubles for sanatorium and resort treatment, 201.92 rubles for free travel to the place of treatment and back.

The selected form is retained until the recipient submits a new application. Since the summer of 2026, an accelerated procedure for the selection of NSOs has been working for retired combat veterans with disabilities. The application must be submitted within three months from the date of dismissal from service, then the recruitment will be appointed from the next month.

Unlike most federal beneficiaries, who default to the NSU in kind, veterans of hostilities it is initially assigned in the form of monetary compensation. The accelerated procedure applies to military personnel with the status of a combat veteran who received a disability, including cases when it is established within a year after dismissal.
