More than 700 Yamal families received matkapital in the amount of 1 million rubles

Since the beginning of the year, more than 700 Yamal families have received an updated regional maternity capital in the amount of one million rubles. This and other support measures were reported by the Director of the Department of social protection of the population of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Oksana Medinskaya.

Matkapital funds can be spent on improving living conditions in the district, as well as paying for medical services for any family member in clinics in Russia, the press service of the governor of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug told.

Support depends on the order of birth of children. When the firstborn is born in the hospital, a set of “Kid Yamal” is issued. If a child registered in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug was born outside the district, the application is submitted to social protection within six months.

The second child is entitled to a maternity capital in the amount of 150 thousand rubles and a lump sum payment in the amount of 6995 rubles. If the first child parents have already received a set, you can issue an electronic certificate for 38 998 rubles for the purchase of children's things. For the third child, the matcapital is a million, for the fourth and subsequent - 500 thousand. A one-time allowance of 20,979 rubles is added to these amounts.

Additional benefits are available to large children: compensation for 30% of expenses for housing and communal services, an electronic certificate for school supplies in the amount of 16,095 rubles, reimbursement of rest costs and others.

Children with disabilities, from large families with low income, children of participants and veterans of the SVO, as well as young Yamal residents who have III-V health groups, in particular from among the poor, will be able to have free rest in the Yuma health resort in 2027. From November 1, commercial reservations will be opened for everyone.

The increase in payment for the third child to a million rubles was announced in the annual report on the state of affairs in the region, the Governor of Yamal Dmitry Artyukhov.
