Most of Kiev was left without electricity. Outages also affected the Kiev region, reports the publication “Country”.

According to the publication, Irpen and Gostomel are almost completely de-energized. The reasons for the shutdowns are not specified.

Earlier in the Ukrainian capital there were major traffic jams on the roads and queues at public transport stops. This was reported by the publication “News.Live”, which published a video from the left-bank districts of the city.

Earlier in Kiev and the Kiev region declared an air alert.
