Most Belarusians appreciate the quality of mobile Internet. This is evidenced by the results of a comprehensive republican sociological study on topical issues of the international and domestic agenda, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

According to BelTA, 59.4% of respondents positively assessed the quality of mobile Internet in the country. At the same time, 18.7% of them said that everything loads quickly and there are no problems, and 40.7% noted rare failures, but noted that it is generally comfortable to use the Internet.

However, the results of the study also showed that every third Belarusian periodically experiences some problems with the speed and stability of the connection. For example, 24.9% of respondents indicated that the speed sometimes drops, which causes irritation, and 8.4% characterized the connection as: constant breaks and low speed, it is impossible to use.

Director of the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Nikolai Myslivets said that the quality of mobile Internet is often dissatisfied with young people. In particular, a total of 43.4% of respondents aged 18 to 30 years indicated the options for “periodically falling speed” and “permanent cliffs”. Residents of rural areas also paid attention to recurring problems (39%).
