Bryansk region expects winter with temperature changes and snowfalls
The possible nature of winter was told by leading researcher of the Pushchinsk Scientific Center for Biological Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexei Karnaukhov.

The upcoming winter in the European part of Russia may be warmer than the climatic norm, but this does not exclude heavy snowfall and regular thaws. Such weather conditions are possible in the Bryansk region, although a separate forecast for the region has not yet been published.
The possible nature of winter was told by leading researcher of the Pushchinsk Scientific Center for Biological Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexei Karnaukhov. According to him, weather conditions can be affected by the El Niño climate phenomenon associated with an increase in water temperature in the equatorial part of the Pacific Ocean.
Against the background of general warming, significant amounts of snow may fall in some regions, which will then melt during thaws. The most noticeable temperature fluctuations are expected in the European part of Russia and the Urals.
At the same time, weather conditions will depend not only on El Niño, but also on other climatic factors.
