The ex-wife of Vitaly Gogunsky appeals the refusal of the court in the case of alimony

Lawyer Irina Mairko Anastasia Kashirska said that she intends to challenge the court decision, which sided with actor Vitaly Gogunsky. Her words are quoted by Super.

According to the lawyer, this outcome of the case is connected, among other things, with their appeals to the actions of the judge. According to Kashirska, the judge initially accepted Mairko’s claims for the debt, but then refused to consider them in one of the sessions. After that, according to the lawyer, several complaints were sent to the judge indicating that she had no right to ignore these requirements.

“And today she accepted them again...” And in the end refused even if there is such a body of evidence. Of course we will appeal. Because we believe that it is illegal – the very behavior of the judge, – said Kashirska.

Earlier, Irina Mairko demanded to increase the amount of alimony for her daughter to 400 thousand rubles a month. According to Mairko, the 50 thousand rubles that Gogunsky pays every month do not correspond to his real income.
