BZD in the framework of the development of patriotic tourism offers train tours to military-historical sites

As part of the development of railway tourism, the Belarusian Railways is developing a route network of train trips to military-historical sites. This sb.by reported in the press center of BZD.

- Within the framework of the project “Victory rings through the year!”, the tourist center “Dorthur” of BZD organizes excursion patriotic programs with visits to memorable places and places of military glory. Another event in this series is a trip to the memorial complex of partisan glory “Khovanshchina” in the Ivatsevichi district, which took place on October 11.

On the trip, the tourists went by train in a tour car, in which information about the upcoming event, settlements along the route of its route were broadcast on a loudspeaker, melodies of the war years were played, and on the way back a patriotic interactive song program was organized for passengers.

In the memorial complex, travelers got acquainted with the authentic life of the partisan camp, visited interactive sites on the territory of the complex, took part in a large-scale military-historical festival of reconstruction “The Last Battle of Alexei Chertkov”, and also tasted soldier’s porridge and guerrilla tea.
