Prices for “secondary” in Saratov went up

In Saratov, apartments in the secondary market have risen significantly. According to the federal portal "World Apartment", for the third quarter of 2026, the average cost of housing in this segment in the city increased by 9.6 percent.

Now the average price of an apartment on the Saratov “secondary” has reached 6.3 million rubles. The cost per square meter also showed steady growth. For three months, it increased by 6.3 percent and now amounts to 114.5 thousand rubles.

This pace allowed Saratov to enter the top ten Russian cities with the highest growth in prices for finished apartments. Our region was ahead of only Arkhangelsk, Bryansk, Vladimir, Yaroslavl and Tver. At the same time, Saratov indicators were higher than in Samara, Ryazan, Smolensk and Kirov.

According to analysts of the portal, fluctuations in prices for secondary real estate in major cities of Russia this year were predictable. In general, the upward trend persists throughout the country: over the summer and early autumn, housing has risen in price in 63 cities. The cost reduction occurred only in seven settlements, including Sochi, Sevastopol and Krasnodar. The average price of the object in Russia for this period amounted to 7.3 million rubles.

As for Moscow, in the capital, the average cost of an apartment approached 24.3 million rubles, in the Moscow region exceeded 9.3 million rubles, and in St. Petersburg reached 14.2 million rubles.
