Requirements for appearance at work have 55% of the surveyed residents of Chelyabinsk. At the same time, the majority perceives the dress code calmly: 37% are positive about it, another 33% are neutral. Such data were received by “Avito Work” and “Avito Goods” according to the survey results.

In 31% of the Chelyabinsk participants, the rules are relatively mild – for example, employees are forbidden to come in shorts or too open clothes. Another 24% have a strict dress code: business style or uniform.

In the working wardrobe, the most common basic items of neutral colors are found - 28% of respondents chose them. 27% prefer classic clothes and jeans with everyday things. Uniforms are worn by 19%.

The main criterion for choosing clothes is convenience, 63% of respondents named it. The quality of materials is interested in 39%, appearance - 22%.

On clothes for work, residents of Chelyabinsk spend an average of 6639 rubles a month. At 30%, expenses are set in the amount from 2001 to 5000 rubles. Young employees across the country spend much more: in the group of 18-24 years, the average figure was about 10.6 thousand rubles.
