Since 2016, the girl is in a specialized queue. At the same time, she has a court decision. However, so far her rights have not been implemented, and appeals to the competent authorities have not yielded results.
In the GSU IC of Russia in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia organized a procedural audit.
Alexander Bastrykin also instructed the head of the regional department Alexei Yeremin to report on the results of this inspection and the measures taken to implement the rights of the Montenegrin woman to comfortable housing.
